1) How does your Timeline look to other people
Have you ever wondered what your Facebook Timeline looks like to other people. Well you can know find out! There is a nifty tool that lets you choose to view your timeline as one of your friends. This is especially helpful when you have restricted access to your timeline to certain people. To access this feature click on the security icon(a lock icon) in the upper right hand corner of the page.  Then you are presented with three options. Click the arrow to the right of “Who can see my stuff?” Then click on “What do other people see on my timeline?” Type in a friends name and there you have it!

2) Active Sessions
Facebook keeps track of your Active Sessions, meaning when you login to Facebook, the location from where you accessed Facebook, and the device from which you accessed Facebook. This tool is a great for making sure that no one is accessing your account from somewhere else. Facebook gives you the option to end any specific session with the click of a button. You can find this feature by going to Account Settings>Security>Active Session.

3)Code Generator & Login Approvals
This is a personal favorite of mine. This feature helps to keep your Facebook password from falling into the wrong hands. By turning on Code Generator and Login Approval you allow Facebook to send you text messages or push notification when you login in to Facebook  from an unknown browser or application. For example if you sign to Spotify with your Facebook Account, Facebook will send you a 8 digit code to use for a password, thus protecting your login info should the application you sign into sustain a breach in security. To access this feature go to Account Settings and then Security.

4) Activity Log
The Facebook activity log is an archive of everything you liked, shared, and commented on. You can also see pieces of content that you've posted, posts by others, posts you’re tagged in and posts you have hidden from your timeline. You can also edit any post you wish by adding a date or a location and you can choose to hide or show on your timeline. You can access it by clicking on the "Activity Log" button on the Cover Photo on your Timeline.

5) Timeline Review
Timeline Review helps put a stop to people posting unwanted content to your wall! This is a great feature due to the fact that more and more employers are viewing potential employee's Facebook profiles as a means of deciding whether or not to hire. To access and enable Timeline review go to your Timeline. Next click the Activity Log Button. This will bring your to your activity log. On The left side of the page there is a list of options to choose from. Click on Timeline Review(1). Finally, click on the small settings icon(gear icon(2)) on the right and click enable. Once you have completed this you will receive a notification every time someone tags you in a post and you will be able to decide whether or not you want it to be show on you Timeline.
